Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9 – 11:30 am

Tuesday & Thursday: 12:30 – 3 pm

How Long Does Same-Day Access Take?

Please prepare for the Same-Day Access process to take up to two hours.

How Can I Prepare?

To expedite your Same-Day Access process, please fill out our Client Registration Form before your visit.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring:
– Photo ID
– List of your medications
– Proof of insurance (if applicable)

New Client Intake Information

New clients will be given a copy of the Apalachee Center intake information.
