At Apalachee Center, our case managers assist with medical, social, educational and other services. Our team develops case plans to coordinate evaluation, treatment, housing, and care, tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
Case management services are available in each county served by Apalachee Center. Services are aimed at supporting self-directed recovery and provided on a sliding fee scale which is set based on federal guidelines.
