Apalachee Center’s outpatient therapy program offers an array of services tailored to each client’s and family’s needs.

How We Help

Our program is collaborative, change-focused and goal-oriented. Collaborating with a trained therapist that supports your mental health and/or substance use disorder recovery goals can help you:

  • Better manage your symptoms and responses to situations
  • Gain better control over your day-to-day mood and overall functioning
  • Learn how to approach situations in a positive way

Eligibility

While a mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis is not required to receive therapy at Apalachee Center, our therapists can care for those who have been diagnosed with:

  • Mood disorders
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Borderline personality disorder (BPD)
  • Grief
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Trauma
  • Substance use disorder
  • And more

What to Expect

Apalachee Center therapy sessions may be 45 minutes to one hour long and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.

Services are available in Leon, Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Taylor and Wakulla County clinics.
