Mosaic is the newly reimagined and redesigned community-based outpatient behavioral health program at Apalachee Center.
WHAT DOES MOSAIC DO?
Mosaic provides community-based psychiatric and psychological assessment and treatment, family and individual psychotherapy, targeted case management, peer support services, and connection to in-house primary care services both live and through telemedicine.
WHO DOES MOSAIC SERVE?
Mosaic serves clients and families ages six years and up who are seeking outpatient behavioral health treatment and support. Mosaic accepts and treats clients with any behavioral health needs. Mosaic treats clients with and without insurance.
WHAT MAKES MOSAIC DIFFERENT?
Mosaic is the result of a year-long strategic reorganization of Apalachee Center’s outpatient department. Mosaic is focused on support and treatment for the whole person, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, psychotherapy, peer services, and connection to primary care.
